• Apply ICD and CPT classification systems for diagnoses, procedures, and services at Vee Technologies.
• Verify coding accuracy and completeness to meet quality standards.
• Ensure proper coding for billing and reimbursement processes.
• Stay updated with current coding standards, policies, and compliance requirements at Vee Technologies.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient data in line with HIPAA guidelines.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify documentation and coding.
• Support audits and resolve coding discrepancies to maintain compliance.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent; medical coding certification (CPC/CCS) preferred.
• Freshers are welcome; prior healthcare/coding experience is an added benefit at Vee Technologies.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and coding systems (ICD, CPT).
• Strong attention to detail with high coding accuracy.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with EHR systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment at Vee Technologies.
